  • Patent number: 11958910
Abstract: Provided herein are bispecific antigen-binding molecules that bind HER2 and methods of use thereof. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules comprise a first and a second antigen-binding domain, wherein the first and second antigen-binding domains bind to two different (preferably non-overlapping) epitopes of the extracellular domain of human HER2. The bispecific antigen-binding molecules cluster on the surface of HER2 IHC2+ and IHC3+ cells, and are internalized into the cellular lysosomes. Also included are antibody-drug conjugates (ADCs) comprising the antibodies or bispecific antigen-binding molecules provided herein linked to a cytotoxic agent, radionuclide, or other moiety, as well as methods of treating cancer in a subject by administering to the subject a bispecific antigen-binding molecule or an ADC thereof.

  • Patent number: 6347590
Abstract: A tray table for a vehicle that is extensible from and may be stored in a center console. The center console has longitudinally shiftable lateral side walls that define a pocket for storing the tray table. The lateral walls of the center console are moveable along a track to permit fore and aft adjustment of the location of the table relative to a seat in the vehicle. A push button is provided on a pivot locking mechanism to lock and unlock a tray support arm. A cup holder may be provided on the tray support arm that is moveable between a storage position in which it is parallel to the tray support arm and a use position in which it is perpendicular to the tray support arm.

  • Patent number: 4119967
Abstract: A microwave system is disclosed for simultaneous amplification and radiation of CW and pulsed signals wherein signals from a CW amplifier tube and a pulsed power amplifier tube are transmitted to an antenna where they are radiated as signals with circular polarizations of opposite direction. In one embodiment interstage circuitry between the amplifiers and the antenna includes a magic "T" hybrid and a 90.degree. phase shifter.
