  • Publication number: 20150307825
Abstract: The invention relates to a method and a device for steeping, germinating, kilning, fermenting grain, wherein the device comprises a container (3) having at least one plate (20) which can be mounted in the container and having at least one opening (21) for the supply and/or removal of fluid. In addition, the container (3) has at least one base surface (4) wherein, on the base surface (4), substantially vertically arranged side surfaces (5) and, on the base surface (4), substantially vertically arranged end surfaces (9) are present. In addition, a covering surface (6) that is in particular substantially horizontally arranged on at least one side surface (5) and/or end surface (9) is present, as a result of which a process chamber is formed. The internal measurement of a side length of the end surface (9) is 2 to 2.5 meters, in particular 2.345 meters.

  • Publication number: 20070245906
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for controlling the roll weighting in roll shellers, in particular in rubber roll shellers for shelling rice or other cereal grains. Pre-selecting recipe values for the grains to be shelled makes it possible to independently regulate motor current, feed quantity and pressure values for roll weighting.

  • Publication number: 20060124000
Abstract: The invention relates to a system for dehulling by cylinders, in particular to a system for dehulling grain fruits. An exemplary system includes a pair of rubber cylinders arranged in a housing. The product supply is carried out with the aid of a chute in a pneumatic conveyor which operates in a pressure mode and can be embodied in the form of a conveyor tube provided with an elbow. The system can make it possible to obtain a better supply performance and reduced breaking propensity.

  • Patent number: 6199780
Abstract: When compacting particulate material, such as granular or powdery material, the same is fed to a first section which determines the compaction degree. In a second section, the weight/volume ratio is further increased so that it determines further the ultimate compaction degree. Optionally the compaction degree is controlled a third time within a third section which is normally the final section. In order to influence and to control the compaction degree at least in the first and second sections, energy can be absorbed by means of separate drives within these sections.

  • Patent number: 4978011
Abstract: A sorting machine for grained products comprises at least one sorting board which is inclined relative to horizontal and vertical planes and reciprocatingly vibratable in a plane and direction suitable for sorting, a unit for supplying a product to be sorted and arranged in one region of the sorting board and a unit for separating and withdrawing a sorted product and located in another region of the sorting board, the sorting board with the supplying unit and the separating and withdrawing unit together forming a sorting unit, two imbalance drives which operate in opposite directions and cooperate with the sorting unit for driving the latter in vibration, a base frame, a unit forming at least three supporting points on which the sorting unit is supported in a vibration-damping manner freely movably so as to provide inclination of the sorting unit relative to horizontal and vertical planes, and a unit for additionally adjusting the inclination relative to the horizontal and vertical planes.

  • Patent number: 4276158
Abstract: The exchangeable planar screen includes a screen frame having an open lateral wall and a collecting floor and, above the floor, a meshed fabric; a duct unit assembled of at least two separate and intersecting channels adjoins the open wall of the frame whereby one channel is flush with the collecting floor and the other channel has a funnel-like inlet section adjoining the edge of the fabric and is directed perpendicularly relative to the one channel.

  • Patent number: 4179363
Abstract: A separating apparatus has a frame comprised of a stationary lower frame and a tiltable upper frame. A pair of longitudinally independently displaceable tables are spring-biased into respective central positions on the frame and are each displaceable in either longitudinal direction from these central positions. A drive assembly comprises an electric motor operatively connected to a crank pin that is rotated so as to move longitudinally relative to the frame. A link is connected between this crank pin on the front table and the rear table so that the two tables are moved oppositely longitudinally relative to each other when the motor operates. A stabilizer including a two-arm lever pivoted on the frame and having a pair of arms each connected via a respective stabilizing link to a respective table may be provided in the arrangement in order to insure that the strokes of the two tables remain at a fixed ratio to each other.
