    Abstract: A rotary converting machine gum box is replenished with adhesive by means of a pumped circulation system with a delivery conduit at one end of the gum box and a withdrawal conduit at the other end. Between the two gum box ends is provided a rotatively driven screw shaft to mechanically induce uniformly distributed adhesive flow from said one end to the other.
