Abstract: Described techniques relate to improved methods, systems, devices, and apparatuses that support predictive assessments of vendor risk. The described techniques provide for machine learning and modeling to produce predictive risk profiles for vendors (e.g., even without security profile data provided by the vendor). Various described techniques may also produce unique insights across an entire portfolio of third parties using instant, predictive risk assessment results. Predictive risk profiles predict how a given vendor will answer each question in a standardized assessment based on one or more parameters (e.g., firmographics), both outside-in data and inside-out data, and similar completed assessments stored on an exchange associated with the system.

Abstract: A planter having a body with a base and a depending sidewall is disclosed. The body has at least three layers, an outer layer, a central layer, and an inner layer. The outer layer is a polyurethane foam. The central layer is fiberglass. The inner layer is polyester resin. A method of making the planter is further disclosed.

Abstract: A drug delivery device for placement in the eye includes a drug core comprising a pharmaceutically active agent, and a holder that holds the drug core. The holder is made of a material impermeable to passage of the active agent and includes an opening for passage of the pharmaceutically agent therethrough to eye tissue. The device includes a layer of material permeable to passage of the active agent. The material permeable to passage of the active agent has a degree of crystallinity selected to influence the release kinetics.

Abstract: An improved method and apparatus for making V-groove insulation is disclosed. More particularly, the device of the present invention relates to an endless track fabrication and cutting system whereby prefabricated, sectioned lengths of insulation material are formed into continuously grooved insulation sheets of readily variable dimensions. The system is automated.
