In non-limiting examples, the USB interface may be a universal serial bus (USB) C-type cable communicatively and electrically connecting multiple electronic gaming devices and/or auxiliary devices, such as monitors, thereby reducing the number of cables for power and data delivery between machines and/or devices.

Abstract: A blockchain system for supporting electronic gaming on a plurality of electronic gaming devices a primary blockchain and a system server participating in the primary blockchain. The primary blockchain defines a partially fungible tokens configured to be used for game play for a first gaming operator. The system server is configured to (i) identify a game outcome from a play of an electronic game based on output of a random number generator, the game outcome includes an award amount of PFTs; (ii) generate a blockchain transaction that includes an operator address as a funds source account of the blockchain transaction, a player address as a destination account of the blockchain transaction, and the award amount of PFTs; and (iii) transmit the blockchain transaction into the primary blockchain, thereby transferring the award amount of PFTs.

Abstract: An electronic gaming machine includes a cabinet, a main display coupled to the cabinet and configured to display a wagering game, and a button deck assembly slidably coupled to the cabinet. The button deck assembly includes a housing extending from a first end oriented to face the cabinet to an opposed second end, a pushbutton releasably coupled to the housing between the first end and the second end, a latch, and a lever. The latch is configured to pivot relative to the pushbutton between a first position, in which the latch engages the pushbutton to secure the pushbutton to the housing, and a second position, in which the latch is disengaged from the pushbutton. The lever is slidably coupled to the housing and configured to engage the latch, wherein movement of the lever relative to the housing pivots the latch between the first position and the second position.

The EGM further includes a lever apparatus having an arm mounted to the cabinet and configured to move between a first position and a second position. The lever apparatus further has a display module including a supplemental display having a center. Responsive to the supplemental display being supported by the arm in the first position, the supplemental display is located relative to the main display such that the center of the supplemental display is spaced up to one inch from the transverse plane of the main display. Responsive to the arm being moved from the first position to the second position, the supplemental display presents one or more symbols along a first payline continued from the main display.

Abstract: Disclosed are gaming systems, methods and machines that may include one or more notched display screens. The notched display screens are defined by a non-rectangular shape. One or more portions of the display screen is removed, such that a variety of shapes can result from one or more cuts in the screen. In some examples, two or more notched display screens are arranged to provide a common and/or coordinated display. In some examples, a void from the removed portions can be used to present a feature, such as a mechanical reel.

Abstract: An electronic gaming system includes at least one display device, at least one array of immersive sound speakers positioned adjacent the at least one display device, and a memory device in electronic communication with the at least one display device, where the memory device stores instructions. Additionally, the electronic gaming system includes a game controller comprising a processor configured to execute the instructions stored in the memory device, which, when executed, cause the game controller to cause to be displayed gaming events on the at least one display device. The video controller may be onboard the gaming device, or can be a video controller server in networked communication with an individual gaming device; wherein some cases both such video controllers may be utilized. The video controller(s) have access to one or more image projectors on a gaming device and may respond to different trigger conditions to exercise control over image projectors of respective gaming devices. An onboard video controller in a first gaming device may communicate with two or more additional gaming devices, such as a bank of gaming devices, for controlling image projectors of such devices.
