  • Patent number: 11940021
Abstract: A roller freewheel includes a roll body cage, a plurality of roll bodies accommodated in the roll body cage, and a ramp ring having a ramp contour. The ramp contour blocks the roll bodies in a first direction of rotation and allows rotation of the roll bodies relative to the ramp ring in a second direction of rotation, opposite the first direction of rotation. The ramp contour is designed to accommodate a plurality of roll body rows. The roll body cage includes a plurality of separate partial cages, with each partial cage including at least one roll body row.

  • Publication number: 20220136570
Abstract: A roller freewheel (1) has at least the following components: a rolling element cage (3); a plurality of rolling elements (4), the rolling elements (4) being accommodated in the rolling element cage (3); a ramp ring (5) having a ramp contour (6) for blocking the rolling elements (4) with the ramp contour (6) in a first direction of rotation (7) and for allowing rotation of the rolling elements (4) relative to the ramp ring (5) in the opposite, second direction of rotation (8). The ramp contour (6) of the ramp ring (5) is designed to accommodate a plurality of rolling element rows (9, 10, 11), and the rolling element cage (3) comprises a plurality of separate partial cages (12, 13, 14), each partial cage (12, 13, 14) comprising at least one rolling element row (9, 10, 11).

  • Patent number: 9551376
Abstract: A bearing configuration for the purpose of mounting a shaft or axle in a housing in a manner allowing rotation. The bearing configuration has a rolling bearing designed as a roller bearing with at least one bearing ring which is functionally assigned to the housing, said bearing ring forming an outer race facing inward radially, wherein rolling elements are guided on said outer race, working together on the opposite side with a shaft which forms an inner race. The roller bearing of the bearing configuration is a combination of at least two joined polygonal bearings, wherein each polygonal bearing on the bearing ring includes at least one elastic segment which forms a convex, transversely rounded race curvature. This configuration ensures that at least one rolling element is radially pretensioned and supported on the outer race of the shaft, and the shaft is guided in the housing with no radial play.

  • Patent number: 9500223
Abstract: A bearing assembly for a transmission of a vehicle, including: a gearwheel; a gearshaft; and a double-row, asymmetrical tapered roller bearing between the gearwheel and the gearshaft, in an O arrangement and including a first row of tapered rollers, which adjoins a shaft end and a second row of tapered rollers, which adjoins the first row of tapered rollers. The first and second rows of tapered rollers are arranged between a shared outer ring arranged on the gearwheel and separate, dedicated inner rings arranged on the gearshaft. A first acute contact angle on the first row of tapered rollers is not equal to a second acute contact angle on the second row of tapered rollers. The first contact angle is at least 3° less than the second contact angle. A difference between the second contact angle and the first contact angle is at most 10°.

  • Patent number: 9464666
Abstract: A bushing for the force-fitting connection to a force-fitting partner, with a hollow-cylindrical basic body, with the basic body defining a primary axis, with the basic body comprising at least one coupling section with at least one radially extending penetrating opening for a fluidic communication with a fluid section in the force-fitting partner, and with the wall thickness in the coupling section being greater than the wall thickness in the neighboring section of the basic body abutting the coupling section with the basic body showing a track section, extending in the circumferential direction, for supporting a radial guidance of a bearing partner, and a transmission arrangement comprising the bushing.

  • Patent number: 9371854
Abstract: A radial roller bearing arrangement in which at least one retaining projection is provided as an anti-rotation feature of an outer ring. The projection is located on an inner diameter of a fixed rim formed on one axial side of the outer ring, so that the outer ring can be implemented with a radially inward-pointing flanged rim on its other axial side that can be formed after insertion of a needle roller and cage assembly to act for holding the needle roller and cage assembly in the outer ring.

  • Patent number: 9360049
Abstract: A bearing position for rotatably mounting a shaft or an axle in a housing. The bearing position comprises a rolling bearing, which is designed as a roller bearing, with a bearing ring, which is assigned to the housing, where said bearing ring forms an outer rolling raceway, which faces radially inwards and on which rolling elements are guided, said rolling elements mutually interacting with a shaft, which forms an inner rolling raceway, or with an inner bearing ring. A polygonal bearing is provided as the roller bearing; and said polygonal bearing encloses a bearing ring with at least one elastic section, which forms a transversely convex raceway curvature. This arrangement guarantees that at least one rolling element is supported and guided in a radially prestressed manner without radial clearance on the rolling raceway.
