  • Publication number: 20230055098
Abstract: For producing a high pressure impulse, a hose bending valve is provided that comprises a loop (12) provided in a supply hose of an instrument (2) and a hose bending device (8) provided as multiple-use component. Such a valve is very simply constructed and allows the creation of steep pressure increase flanks with very high pressures up to 100 bar, as are needed for a needleless injection. The sterilization effort is minimal. Also, the material effort is minimal, if single-use components are used.

  • Publication number: 20210228254
Abstract: An apparatus for supply of coolant, particularly CO2 that is preferably provided in bottles, to cryosurgical instruments. The device may be a mechanical or thermal compression device. A pump may supply the CO2 taken from the bottle in a buffer container with a desired operation pressure. The pressure in the gas bottle can be less than the desired operation pressure. The apparatus includes a tempering device that is configured to bring the coolant to a desired temperature, particularly a temperature that is higher than the temperature in the gas bottle or in another storage container.

  • Publication number: 20070175722
Abstract: A clamping body freewheel (1) has clamping bodies (2) arranged between a cylindrical outer raceway (4) and a cylindrical inner raceway (3) which is concentric with respect to said cylindrical outer raceway (4), which clamping bodies (2) can be tilted between a freewheel position and a clamping position, and has a cage (6) which guides the clamping bodies (2). The clamping bodies (2) are shaped and guided in the cage (6) in such a manner that they are raised both from the inner raceway (3) and from the outer raceway (4) into the freewheel position when a minimum rotational speed of the cage (6) is exceeded.

  • Publication number: 20050274585
Abstract: A freewheeling clutch with clamping bodies arranged one behind another in the circumferential direction between a circular cylindrical inner ring and an outer ring concentric thereto. The clamping bodies are guided in pockets of a cage and are acted on by a band spring with spring tongues which bears radially against the cage. The band spring is annular and has punched cutouts arranged one behind another at spacings in the circumferential direction corresponding to the pockets of the cage and the spring tongues are formed by the cutouts.
