    Abstract: A compressible link suspension system for a wheel of a multi-wheel vehicle that has a frame and an axle for the wheel. The suspension system has upper and lower double-ended pivot members indirectly coupled to the wheel axle that isolate the rear wheel from the frame. The suspension system also has a shock absorber connected between the pivot members so as to be compressible from the top and the bottom via pivoting of the pivot members.
