In some embodiments, the mirror assembly comprises a capacitive touch sensor that allows control of one or more features of the light emitted from the light source. The drinking receptacle can include an electronic communicator configured to communicate information between the liquid container and a separate electronic device, which can be remote from the drinking receptacle. The separate electronic device can be a mobile electronic device such as a wearable mobile electronic device.
