    Abstract: The present disclosure provides radiopharmaceutical macroaggregates for the treatment of abnormal tissue comprising particles having a minimum size of one micron, wherein the particles comprise iron, gadolinium, or calcium, and one or more radioactive isotopes, and have sufficient radioactivity for locoregional ablation of cells in the abnormal tissue. The disclosure also provides methods for using these radiopharmaceutical macroaggregates for the locoregional treatment of abnormal tissue.
