  • Publication number: 20140159380
Abstract: The invention relates to an energy converting device for energy systems (2) for convening mechanical energy into hydraulic energy and then into electric energy, said device using a control fluid (3) as the energy transporting medium. The control fluid is subjected to a variably changing pressure by at least one first converting device (5) that converts the mechanical energy into hydraulic energy. The energy converting device comprises at least one second subsequent convening device (7) that converts the hydraulic energy into electric energy. The invention is characterized in that the second convening device (7) is divided into a first control circuit (9) and a second control circuit (11), the two of which can be supplied with the control fluid (3) of variable pressure at the circuit input side (13) by the first convening device (7) and the two of which have predominantly different pressure levels.

  • Patent number: 8381757
Abstract: A valve device for a hydraulic circuit (10) divides the incoming volume flow into at least two pre-determined partial flows for supplying hydraulic consumers (V1, V2) of the circuit (10) and has at least one pressure balance (16) and at least one orifice. Since the orifice is embodied as a variable orifice (32) controllable by a proportional magnet (34), the opening area of the orifice varies. A flow regulator is then realized and can switch the regulated volume flow and/or proportionally adjust the regulated volume flow in a defined manner.

  • Publication number: 20100308239
Abstract: The invention relates to a valve device for a hydraulic circuit (10), which valve device divides the incoming volume flow into at least two pre-determined partial flows for supplying hydraulic consumers (V1, V2) of the circuit (10), which valve device has at least one pressure balance (16) and at least one orifice. As a result of the fact that the orifice is embodied as a variable orifice (32) which can be controlled by means of a proportional magnet (34) in such a way that the opening area of said orifice varies, a type of flow regulator is realized which can switch the regulated volume flow and/or proportionally adjust the regulated volume flow in a defined manner.

  • Publication number: 20090304523
Abstract: The invention relates to a regulator device, preferably as a component of a hydraulic circuit, in particular for regulating fluid-bearing units or units that are driven using a fluid, such as adjustable fluid pumps, which respectively co-operate with at least one actuator, which can be controlled by means of at least one governor in accordance with a predefinable guide variable (pd), said governor detecting output variables (?,p1) at least partially via a recirculation line. The fact that at least one recirculation line comprises at least one monitor (estimator), which estimates the output variables (condition x) that are at least in part unknown for the assignable governor, enables the provision of a regulator device, in which the governor comprises a linear or non-linear monitor for estimating the unknown load.
