Abstract: A circuit arrangement for testing operating functions in motor vehicles by means of parallel circuits which contain at least one switching element conductive during a normal operating function and one control lamp and which are adapted to be closed by a test switch, and with one transmitter each coordinated to the operating functions which automatically triggers a warning indication with abnormal operating functions; at least one warning lamp for the warning indication which is independent of the control lamps is thereby provided in the circuit arrangement.

Abstract: A circuit arrangement for motor vehicles including a circuit responsive to operation of an actuating device of a door and/or flap lock of the motor vehicle for being energized. A timer is also responsive to the operation of the actuating device for providing a predetermined switching period with the circuit being responsive to the elapse of the predetermined switching period of the timer for being automatically de-energized. The circuit includes a door and/or flap lock heater and at least one additional load device with the at least one additional load device being energized when the motor vehicle is opened.

Abstract: In order to test at least one of the operating and capacitating conditions of an automotive vehicle, plural parallel circuits are included in a test circuit associated with sensors for each condition to be tested. These parallel circuits contain at least one pilot lamp and at least one switching unit. The switching unit may have simple switch contacts or may contain an electronic switching element. During normal operating conditions, the switching units are closed to provide a conductive path therethrough. During non-normal operating conditions and/or capacity conditions, the switching units open. For testing any condition, an individual test switch, which energizes each pilot lamp in the plural parallel circuits, is connected in series with the switching contacts and/or the conductive electronic switching elements of the switch units and with the pilot lamps in the plural circuits.
