  • Publication number: 20050096625
Abstract: The invention relates to a welding boat for a pouch having a center part and two prolongations extending, starting from this, in opposite directions and tapering acutely, which is provided, on the one hand, with an opening for the filling of the pouch with a substance in manufacture and, on the other hand, with inlets and outlets for the actual use of the pouch. • Publication number: 20050078887
Abstract: The invention relates to the area of flexible containers in which an access port is provided toward the interior of the container. To increase the stability of such a container (1) at the position of the access port (4), the invention provides that the connection seam (2) connecting the access port (4) to a flexible foil is prolonged in the direction of a section (4a) of the access port (4) projecting over the connection seam (2) in order likewise to connect a part (5) of this section (4a) of the access port (4) to the foil. It is achieved by this measure that the peeling forces particularly effective in this region in the event of a pressure load are countered better. The invention also relates to a method for the manufacture of such a flexible container and to a welding tool for this.

  • Patent number: 6814869
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the preparation of solutions to be manufactured from at least two concentrates and a solvent. After placing of two concentrate holders into associated recipients, both concentrate holders are connected using a single connector having two connection states. In a first connection state, solvent flows to the first concentrate holder, with the solution being led into a collection holder and, after the flushing of the concentrate from the first concentrate holder, the connector moves to a second connection state in which an automatic connecting of the second concentrate holder takes place, whereupon solvent flows through the second concentrate holder and the solution is likewise supplied to the collection holder.

  • Publication number: 20030024880
Abstract: A method and apparatus for the preparation of solutions to be manufactured from at least two concentrates and a solvent. First and second concentrate holders are connected to a solvent source by respective feed lines and to a collection holder by respective discharge lines. The solvent source is connected to the first concentrate holder when a connector is in a first position and to the second concentrate holder when the connector is in a second position. Solvent flows through the first concentrate holder and the solution is led into the collection holder and, after the flushing of the concentrate from the first concentrate holder, the second concentrate holder is automatically connected through movement of the connector from the first to the second position, whereupon solvent flows through the second concentrate holder and the solution is likewise supplied to the collection holder.
