  • Patent number: 10513029
Abstract: The invention relates to a transmission, to a transmission housing, to a driving member mounted rotatably in the transmission housing, to an output member mounted rotatably in the transmission housing and to at least one speed-changing transmission stage which couples the output member to the driving member and has a torque-supporting member, wherein the driving member together with the output member and the torque-supporting member forms a preassembled assembly in which the torque-supporting member is mounted rotatably on the transmission housing by means of a transmission-stage rolling bearing device and has a toothing which is in engagement with a driving pinion mounted rotatably in the transmission housing. The invention also relates to an electric driving device and to an industrial robot having at least one such transmission.

  • Patent number: 9346175
Abstract: An industrial robot includes a robot arm having multiple connecting links connected by joints, wherein at least two adjacent connecting links are connected by a swivel joint and can be adjusted by a motor. A mechanical stop device defines a maximum rotatable adjustment angle between the adjacent links and includes a stop projection connected to one of the two adjacent connecting links, an engaging piece connected to the other one of the two adjacent connecting links, and a trailing stop which can be adjusted by the engaging piece. The trailing stop comprises a trailing stop body and an annular body which is connected with the trailing stop body and which is pivoted in an annular groove in an inner wall of a housing component of one of the two adjacent connecting links.

  • Patent number: 9003918
Abstract: The invention relates to a robot arm of an industrial robot. The robot arm includes a flange provided to secure an end effector and several sequentially-positioned members connected by means of links, of which one of the members is mounted immediately before the flange, and the flange is mounted to rotate with respect to an axis relative to this member. To adjust the flange with respect to the member mounted immediately before the flange, the robot arm comprises an adjustment device that includes a base carrier is detachably attachable to the flange particularly by means of screws, with an adjustment means disposed on the base carrier that interacts with a counter-adjustment means disposed on the member mounted immediately before the flange.

Abstract: The invention relates to an industrial robot which comprises a robot arm having multiple connecting links that are connected by means of joints, in which at least two adjacent connecting links, respectively, are connected by means of a joint, which is designed as a swivel joint, can be adjusted by means of a motor and is defined in its maximum rotatable adjustment angle by means of a mechanical stop device, which connecting links comprise a stop projection which is connected to one of the two adjacent connecting links, an engaging piece which is connected to the other one of the two adjacent connecting links and a drag stop which can be adjusted by the engaging piece, which drag stop comprises a drag stop body and an annular body which is connected with the drag stop body which is pivoted in an annular groove in an inner wall of a housing component of one of the two adjacent connecting links.

  • Patent number: 5509061
Abstract: Messages that cannot be delivered into the mailbox of the message addressee in networked message memory units (for example, given malfunctions) are transmitted back into the mailbox of the message sender after a predetermined time. Each message is provided with message-associated information (for example, name of the message sender, time at which the message was generated). In order to avoid the same message from being repeatedly stored in the memory unit of the message sender given multiaddress transmission of one of the same message to a plurality of message addressees and given non-deliverability of the messages, the message-associated information of fed back messages are checked for identity and are not stored if identified.
