  • Patent number: 11648651
Abstract: The installation tool for a wire thread insert includes: a drive unit which provides a switchable rotation movement between a first and a second direction, a mandrel body with a drive section for rotating the mandrel body and with a drive section for rotating the mandrel body and with a thread section onto which the wire thread insert can be screwed or rotated on, an installation blade as well as a torque clutch consisting of a form-fit and force-fit clutch upper and lower parts engaging each other, of which the upper part is connected with the drive unit in a torque-proof manner and the lower part is connected with the mandrel body in a torque-proof manner. With a decoupled relative rotation between the clutch parts, caused by exceeding a limit torque between the clutch parts, relative movement between the mandrel body and the installation blade can be generated.

  • Patent number: 8375329
Abstract: In a graphical user interface a display is animated by activation with an input device with a first concentric menu comprising a first grouping of menu items having a subset of one or more items from a set of menu items. Then, after selecting one menu item out of the first grouping of menu items, the display is animated with at least one additional grouping of menu items that are each concentrically in a pie sliced shape. The graphical user interface can be activated by a user at any position on the display area via the input device.

  • Publication number: 20110034848
Abstract: The present invention relates to a compression bandage for mammals, in particular for horses, comprising a tubular bandage (1) made of an elastic textile material, which can be opened and closed along a longitudinal slit (2) by means of fastening elements. To design this type of bandage in such a manner that it can be applied to the leg of a mammal using the easiest possible technique and that it can ensure an excellent fit even over an extended period of time so that the most uniformly constant and defined compressive pressure is exerted by the bandage on the leg of the mammal, the present invention proposes that the fastening elements comprise a zipper (3) which extends along the longitudinal slit (2), at last one fastener strap (4) which, when closed, straddles the longitudinal slit (2) in the transverse direction, and a hook fastener (5) which extends along the longitudinal slit (2).

  • Patent number: 6530414
Abstract: In an insulating glass window comprising two spaced glass panels which are sealingly joined at their circumference to form a sealed space in which a roller blind device is enclosed, the roller blind device includes a windup drum with a blind wound thereon and having a free end connected to a pull rod, and pull members are arranged at opposite ends of the drum and the pull rod is connected to the pull members. The pull members are operatively connected to a shaft on which the windup drum is rotatably supported for synchronous movement of the pull members and an electric motor is provided for rotating the shaft and the pull members, the windup drum being rotationally connected to the shaft by way of a rotational torsion spring structure.

  • Patent number: 5113191
Abstract: A sensing circuit is assumed to produce in phase and quadrature Doppler signals. The relative phase of these signals is used to determine the passage of object such that correctly related zero passages in the two signals are counted, and the count state within certain periods of time yields information to check the significance of signals as genuine Doppler signals.

  • Patent number: 4118410
Abstract: Organic higher functional polyisocyanates are obtained by separating a mixture containing isomers of diphenylmethane diisocyanate and higher functional polyisocyanates having more than two benzene rings. The mixture is distilled under vacuum at a pressure of between 10.sup.-3 and 10.sup.-1 mm/Hg. under conditions which avoid chemical change in the organic polyisocyanates contained in the mixture. The polyisocyanates are separated into two fractions with a desired first fraction containing said higher functional polyisocyanates with only a trace of the isomers which is less than about 6% of the weight of the first fraction and having a viscosity of more than 10,000 cp/25.degree. C. The second fraction consists essentially of said isomers and can be further purified by crystallization.
