    Abstract: A hydro-mount comprising a support bearing and an end bearing which support each other by means of a spring element made of a resilient material. The spring element encloses a work space filled with a damping liquid. The spring element is made of silicone and, on its side facing the work space, is provided with a protective layer consisting of a material that is resistant to the damping liquid and is impervious thereto.
