    Abstract: A bucket has a tapered tubular side wall including a wide rim-forming end and a narrow end, and a bail having ends secured to the side wall adjacent the wide end. The side wall is formed with at least one elongated portion forming an inwardly convex projection defining an outwardly open groove and extending from adjacent the wide end past the base wall. The side wall further having a web bridging the end of the groove adjacent the wide end and formed with a holder for an end of the bail.
