The system and method include monitoring an application and providing a template matching a logon window of the application. The template obtains a biometric identifier of the user and inserts logon information into the window obtained from a database of user information.

Abstract: A system and method for obtaining a first alphanumeric identifier from a user, obtaining a first fingerprint scan image of a first finger from the user, comparing the first fingerprint scan image to a first image associated with the first alphanumeric identifier stored in a database at a first threshold level and, comparing the first fingerprint scan image to the first image stored in the database associated with the first alphanumeric identifier at a second threshold level lower than the first threshold level if a match is not made at the first threshold level. The system can include a computer or other similar terminal or device and a fingerprint scanner connected to the computer.

Abstract: A system and method for automatically installing software applications on a client computer in a networked environment, and for allowing management rights to a one or more enterprise server. To automatically install software applications, an administer imports registration codes for the application to a database, creates an installation program having set installation parameters and which obtains an appropriate registration code from the database, and distributes the installation program to the end users. Additionally, the administrator can set up administrative rights for various users on distinct enterprise servers. An authentication server can be utilized to facilitate this process.

Abstract: A safe deposit box access system is provided. A user provides biometric credential information such as a fingerprint scan to gain access to a vault storing a plurality of safe deposit boxes. Each of the safe deposit boxes is equipped with a sensor for detecting movement and motion. The sensor comprises a transmitter for transmitting a unique identification number corresponding to that safe deposit box to a receiver. The receiver is coupled to a computer, which compares the identification number of the moved or opened safe deposit box to the stored profile of the user who gained biometric access to the vault. If the moved or opened safe deposit box does not correspond to the safe deposit box rented by the user who gained biometric access, an alarm is triggered.

Abstract: A system and method for verifying the identity of an individual for check cashing and other financial purposes is disclosed. A client, such as a bank or other financial institution, obtains a biometric identifier from a customer and can either try to match it in a local database or send it to a central database to be matched. Either database can be filtered according to a tag or location of the institution to speed up the matching process. The central database transmits information associated with the matched individual to determine whether or not to complete the transaction.
