Abstract: A system and method for mobile monitoring is provided. The system may include a mobile communications unit and a plurality of global positioning system “GPS” enabled sensors each configured to wirelessly transmit geographic data, liquid level data, and gas sensing data to the mobile communications unit. The system may further include a database configured to store a location associated with the mobile communication unit, the database further configured to receive the geographic data and liquid level data from the plurality of GPS enabled sensors, the database also configured to store baseline site survey data corresponding to the locations associated with the mobile communications unit.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and computing system for receiving, at a computing device, one or more parameters associated with a sales event, wherein the one or more parameters include at least one designated state. Embodiments may further include storing one or more state compliant templates in a database electronically accessible by the computing device and retrieving from the one or more state compliant templates, at least one template corresponding to the designated state. Embodiments may further include automatically auditing, at the computing device, the at least one template corresponding to the designated state for legal compliance and displaying a preview of the at least one template, after auditing has been performed.

Abstract: A computer-implemented method and computing system for receiving one or more advertising parameters for use in a social networking system, wherein the one or more parameters are received from a brand owner. The method may include receiving a response from a user of the social networking system indicating enrollment in advertisement generation associated with a social networking page of the user. The method may also include determining a connection between the brand owner and the user of the social networking system based upon, at least in part, at least one of the one or more parameters and the response. The method may further include identifying an advertisement based upon at least one of the one or more parameters and the response and transmitting the advertisement to the social networking page of the user.

Abstract: An electronic fish culling system that retains multiple fish weighings corresponding to different fish catches and determines which catches to retain and release. The fish culling system includes an apparatus having a fish container attached to a housing. The housing contains a weight transducer coupled to the fish container that transmits a signal corresponding the weight of the fish in the fish container, a microprocessor assembly coupled to the weight transducer for converting the signal to a corresponding fish weight and storing the fish weight, a display electronically connected to the microprocessor assembly that indicates fish weight and instructions for culling fish, selectors electromechanically connected to the microprocessor assembly for choosing analysis functions of the microprocessor assembly, a power source connected to the microprocessor assembly, and an assortment of clips having different colored tags connected thereto and attachable to the caught fish.
