    Abstract: A cutting device comprising an elongate arm and a pair of mountings for circular rotatable cutting blades, each of the mountings being slidably mounted on the arm. A circular rotatable cutting blade is rotatably mounted on each of the mountings. Each of the mountings is selectively lockable in position on the arm so as to selectively prevent sliding movement of the mountings. An elongate handle is attached to the arm intermediate the pair of mountings.
