Abstract: A system for providing access to a premise. The system includes a lockbox or locking mechanism located at a premise and configured to aid in allowing access to the premise when provided with a manual or electronic code. The system also includes a computer server configured to communicate over a communications network, the server configured to receive a request from a buyer for access to a premise, the server further configured to send the request to a seller party for approval, the server further configured to provide a code to the buyer upon the approval.
