  • Patent number: 5270911
Abstract: A flashlight holder clamp assembly having a mounting bracket which contains one or, optionally, two elastomeric substantially spherical gripping members having a centrally disposed cylindrical channel therein for receiving a portion of the barrel of a small flashlight and for receiving a cylindrical support member. The gripping members also define a plurality of uniformly spaced longitudinal slots which communicate along their inner ends with the central channel so as to allow the gripping member to be uniformly constricted by the mounting bracket upon clamping the flashlight holder clamp assembly to a cylindrical member, such as a bicycle handlebar.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: February 8, 1993
Date of Patent: December 14, 1993
    Assignee: Mag Instrument, Inc.
Inventors: Anthony Maglica, Armis L. Lewis, Fred R. McAlister
  • Patent number: 5267131
Abstract: A molded thermal plastic accessory cover attaching to the head assembly of a flashlight provides inwardly extending ribs to seat on the flashlight and to provide shock absorbing characteristics. A seat is provided for an auxiliary lens and the outside of the cover includes flat surfaces to inhibit rolling of the assembled cover and flashlight.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: September 18, 1992
Date of Patent: November 30, 1993
    Assignee: MAG Instrument, Inc.
Inventors: Maglica Anthony, Fred R. McAlister
  • Patent number: 5207363
Abstract: A lanyard made of a weavable, braided material having a loop at one end fashioned by turning the end of the lanyard braid back upon itself and a second end of the lanyard having a loop fashioned by turning the end of the lanyard back onto itself and inserting the end into the braid of the lanyard and fastening both with a common metal ferrule and further containing a metal ring held within each end loop.
    Type: Grant

Date of Patent: May 4, 1993
    Assignee: MAG Instrument, Inc.
Inventors: Anthony L. Duchi, Jr., Fred R. McAlister, Sr.
