  • Patent number: 10404899
Abstract: An apparatus comprises: a camera module for obtaining a first image, the camera module having at least one port, each of the at least one ports being associated with an attachment position for receiving a second camera module for obtaining a second image; a processor for detecting a position of a second camera module and providing, to an image processing controller, information relating to at least one of the position of the second camera module and the first image obtained by the camera module; and a memory for storing the information relating to at least one of the position of the second camera module and the first image obtained by the camera module.

  • Patent number: 10089744
Abstract: An X-ray image processing device for providing segmentation information with reduced X-ray dose that includes an interface unit, and a data processing unit. The interface unit is configured to provide a sequence of time series angiographic 2D images of a vascular structure obtained after a contrast agent injection. The data processing unit is configured to determine an arrival time index of a predetermined characteristic related to the contrast agent injection for each of a plurality of determined pixels along the time series, and to compute a connectivity index for each of the plurality of the determined pixels based on the arrival time index. The data processing unit is configured to generate and provide segmentation data of the vascular structure from the plurality of the determined pixels, wherein the segmentation data is based on the connectivity index of the pixels.

  • Publication number: 20160278725
Abstract: An imaging system including a closed-loop controller (FC) for automatically adapting a power injector system (PJ). The power injector (PJ) injects contrast agent into an object (V) and the imager (100) acquires one or more images (AN, AN i) of the object (V) with the contrast agent resident therein. The controller (FC) calculates a desired optimal injection rate from the images (AN, ANi). Controller (FC) then controls the injector (PJ) according to the calculated optimal injection rate.

  • Publication number: 20160035103
Abstract: The present invention relates to vessel segmentation. In order to provide an improved way of providing segmentation information with reduced X-ray dose, an X-ray image processing device (10) is provided that comprises an interface unit (12), and a data processing unit (14). The data processing unit is configured to generate segmentation data of the vascular structure from the plurality of the determined pixels, wherein the segmentation data is based on the connectivity index of the pixels.
