  • Patent number: 11413398
Abstract: An example injector includes a rotary knob for selecting a function and setting a dosing quantity for an injection, a button located on an end of the rotary knob for initiating the injection, an electric motor, an encoder for evaluating output rotary motion of the motor, and a processor that converts the dosing quantity into a number of encoder pulses and controls operation of the motor based on the number of encoder pulses when dosage is triggered. The injector also includes a transmission coupled to the electric motor to convert a speed of the motor, a threaded spindle coupled to the transmission that moves linearly based on the output rotary motion of the motor at the speed as converted by the transmission, and a punch connected to an end of the threaded spindle. The linear movement of the spindle causes the punch to release medicament.

  • Patent number: 10900795
Abstract: A method of and a system for processing a ridesharing request. The method comprising receiving instructions to create a trip in the ridesharing platform; generating an original route by causing to compute an original polyline defining the original route; accessing a set of meeting points; determining from the set of meeting points, candidate meeting points which are within a distance from the original polyline; generating for each one of the candidate meeting points, a detour route by causing to compute a detour polyline defining the detour route; identifying selected candidate meeting points from the candidate meeting points; and storing the selected candidate meeting points, the selected candidate meeting points being associated with the trip.

  • Publication number: 20200289763
Abstract: An injection device incorporating a dose setting mechanism is presented where the dose setting mechanism contains a dose selector having one or more dose stops corresponding to a finite set of predetermined fixed doses, where the set of finite predetermined fixed doses includes a lowest fixed dose and one or more higher fixed doses, and where at least one of the one or more higher fixed doses is equal to the lowest fixed dose plus a fractional amount of the lowest fixed dose. The dose setting mechanism can further include a floating spline that is rotationally engaged with a snap element such that the snap element can rotate relative to the floating spline during both dose setting and dose delivery.

  • Patent number: 10203212
Abstract: A system for and a method of determining that a detoured trip is to be presented to a potential passenger. The method comprises receiving a rideshare request; generating a rideshare request parameter; and accessing, from a database, trip filtering parameters associated with trips. The method further comprises determining that at least one of the trips is a candidate for which a detour route is to be computed based on an analysis of the rideshare request parameter and a corresponding trip filtering parameter associated with the at least one of the trips; causing to compute, for the at least one of the trips determined as being the candidate for which the detour route is to be computed, a detoured trip; and determining that the detoured trip is to be presented to the potential passenger by analyzing the deviation value of the detoured trip and the deviation threshold.
