  • Patent number: 10218240
Abstract: The fitting of a stator (13) body (14) equipped with a winding (12) in an inner support surface (250) for a skirt (155) of a bearing (15) of a rotary electrical machine, such as an alternator or an alternator-starter of a motor vehicle, characterized in that the skirt (155) is heated locally by induction before fitting of the body (14) equipped with its winding (12) in the skirt (155). The invention also relates to a rotary electrical machine comprising a fitting of this type.

  • Patent number: 10020708
Abstract: An electrical rotating machine includes a stator (11) provided with teeth (14) around which a group of coils (19) is wound, an annular interconnector (22) resting on a stator lamination stack (11) provided with tongues (36) to which ends (191, 192) of the coils (19) are welded for the formation of phases (U, V, W) of the electrical machine, and a closure flange (74) for closing a housing (70) for receiving the stator (11). The machine also includes at least one damper (83) consisting of a deformable material, configured to be mounted so as to be compressed between the interconnector (22) and the closure flange (74) of the machine. The invention also relates to the corresponding damper.

  • Patent number: 10008891
Abstract: A rotor with permanent magnets comprising: a stack of laminations forming the core of the rotor having an axis, housings spaced evenly apart on the circumference of the rotor and located in the core of the rotor, some of which receive at least one element in the form of a permanent magnet held radially and axially inside the housing between an inner axial part of the housing and an outer axial part, the inner axial part of the housing comprising two concave portions and a protruding portion extending axially according to the axis, the protruding portion being radially closer to the inner axial face of the magnet than the two concave portions. Moreover, recesses are provided in the core and positioned between the housings on a trajectory successively linking the protruding portions of consecutive housings.

  • Patent number: 9716410
Abstract: The rotor comprises of a plurality of alternating north poles (N) and south poles (S) formed from a plurality of permanent magnets (3) having a radial polygonal section and arranged in first recesses (4). These first recesses extend axially and are distributed regularly between a circumferential portion (5) and a central portion (6) of the magnetic mass (2) of the rotor in such a way as to define a plurality of circumferential polar sections (10). The radial section comprises a substantially rectangular portion (8) next to the circumferential portion adjacent to a substantially trapezoidal portion (7) next to the central portion. The rotor has a ratio (R) between a first height (h) of the trapezoidal portion and a second height (H) of the rectangular portion, in a radial direction, is predetermined in such a way as to maximize the efficiency of the electric machine.
