Abstract: An automated pizza kitchen capable of storing dozens of pre-topped, par-baked pizzas, each held in a pizza box bottom in a humidity-controlled refrigerator, selecting a pizza out of the refrigerator, cooking the pizza, securing a pizza box lid to the pizza box bottom, and storing the pizza in a warmer, capable of holding and heating dozens of cooked pizzas.

Abstract: This is an automatic food preparation system comprised of four subsystems: (1) a trailer management system, (2) an inventory management system, (3) a food preparation system, and (4) a user interface system for ordering pre-prepared foods. The trailer management system is a networked computer system that allows the management of multiple trailer units that deliver prepared foods for one or more customers. The inventory management system is a computer networked system that operably communicates with the trailer management system and the food preparation system. The inventory management system measures the consumables that are depleted on a per trailer basis and both plans the restocking and delivery of that inventory. It is contemplated that self-driving cars may restock parts of the system. The food preparation system comprises at least a food product that is stored within one or more freezers or storage mechanisms.

Abstract: The present invention is an automated system for the frying of food. It consists of two main subsystems. The physical machine which directly interacts with and cooks the food and the system software which monitor and interacts with the system sub-components to organize and arrange for the constant cooking of food. The system is able to manage the supply of cooked food to constantly meet the demands of the restaurant where the system is deployed. The system also monitors and manages the various system subcomponents to ensure that they are operational and functional.
