    Abstract: A round, ring-shaped, tubular frame which is to be located within the mouth of a thin walled, flexible bag. The frame includes a pair of handles located in a spaced apart arrangement with these handles being of a cross-sectional configuration larger than the frame. Mounted on each handle is a protuberance with this protuberance to penetrate the wall of the bag for securing the attachment of the bag onto the frame.
