  • Patent number: 7926196
Abstract: A pipe guide adapter adds marking slots and marking edges to a pipe guide. The pipe guide adapter includes two body sections joined by a hinge enabling the pipe guide adapter to be in open and closed positions. The body sections each include a gripping end and a marking section. The gripping end has a diameter greater than the diameter of the pipe guide to circumferentially grip a portion of the pipe guide in the closed position and to attach to the pipe guide. A pipe is circumferentially gripped jointly by the pipe guide and the pipe guide adapter. A hinge pin is partially disposed in the hinge and extends beyond the hinge. The hinge pin allows tie pipe guide adapter to be aligned to the pipe guide. The extended portion of the hinge pin acts as a stop and a spacer between the pipe guide adapter and the pipe guide.

  • Publication number: 20100156119
Abstract: An adjustable gate latch assembly for a fence gate is adapted to close against a fence post. The gate latch assembly includes a gate latch body including an extended plate section and a cantilever plate section joined by a curved intermediate section. At least part of the curved intermediate section is corrugated. The cantilever plate section extends at a second angle from a second edge of the curved intermediate section. The curved intermediate section is adapted to receive a fence gate pipe. A latch clamp includes a plurality of curved protruberants at a first end and an opening proximate to a second end. At least a part of the latch clamp is corrugated. A plurality of adjustment slots are formed on the extended plate section to selectively receive the curved protruberants to anchor the first end of the latch clamp to the extended plate section. An opening is formed on the cantilever plate section.

  • Patent number: 7251902
Abstract: A pipe guide includes a pipe receiving body comprising two sections. The two sections are joined by a hinge to allow the pipe-receiving body to be opened and closed about a pipe. The pipe-receiving body circumferentially surrounds a pipe in a closed position. The pipe receiving body includes one or more marking slots. The marking slots allow the pipe inside the pipe-receiving body to be marked in a predetermined pattern. The pipe guide includes a hinged disposed longitudinally on the exterior of the pipe receiving body. A device disposed inside the hinge retains the pipe-receiving body in a closed position around the pipe. The pipe receiving body is cylindrical having first and second ends. The first end can be substantially perpendicular to the axis of the pipe receiving body and configured to allow the pipe to be marked at a 90 degree angle. The first end can be at any other angle (e.g., 45 degree, 22 ½ degree) or can have a predetermined shape or a pattern. The second end can have a predetermined shape (e.
