Abstract: Herein is a complete medical care system utilizing a medicine organizer bag containing a diverse assortment of OTC medicines (akin to a pharmacy). The medicine organizer bag is used in conjunction with an instructional App and website that navigates one to the proper medicine based on a person's symptoms and utilizing manufacturer's product information or virtual physician link to address common illnesses. The briefcase formed of first and second sections defining an interior volume and closed with a flap. The interior volume is closed by a zippered securement. A first interior wall is disposed within the first section, and a second interior wall disposed within the second section, each containing medicine holders. The plurality of medicine holders each includes an identifier. A third interior wall is adjacent to the first interior wall within the flap. A removable interior detachable travel component is adapted to be removably secured within the briefcase.

Abstract: The present invention relates to compositions and methods to increase nitric oxide production to: accelerate wound healing, reduce complications from surgery as well as accelerating the recovery period after surgery. The compositions comprise of l-arginine and l-citrulline in ratios and dosages which enable enhanced bioavailability. The method for using the composition for promoting surgery recovery and preparedness includes the step of administering the composition to a patient pre-procedure as well as post-procedure in accordance with a prescribed protocol. The compositions may be customized to include one or more additional agents that are effective for promoting nutritional health and/or treating a particular medical problem.

Abstract: A fuel supply apparatus for a motor vehicle including a plastic canister, three evenly-spaced tubular struts on the canister, a plastic cover, a regulator pod on the plastic cover, and a pair of sockets on the cover and a socket on the regulator pod defining three evenly-spaced sockets on the cover adapted for plug-in reception of the tubular struts. The canister is inserted into a fuel tank of the motor vehicle through an access port. The cover closes the access port. A fuel pump in the canister delivers fuel to a high pressure conduit outside of the fuel tank through a high pressure fluid connector on the cover. A branch from the high pressure conduit is connected to a return fluid connector on the cover. The regulator pod has a return passage from the return fluid connector to the aforesaid socket on the regulator pod.

Abstract: Compounds of the formula: ##STR1## wherein R.sub.1 and R.sub.2 are the same or different and each is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen, an alkyl group and together, an alkylene chain; M is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms; and R.sub.6 is selected from the group consisting of hydrogen and R.sub.5 SO.sub.2 -- wherein R.sub.5 is alkyl of 1 to 6 carbon atoms, are prepared by a procedure in which the key step is reacting benzoquinone with an enamine R.sub.1 R.sub.2 C.dbd.CHNR.sub.d 3 R.sub.4 in the presence of a compound of the formula R.sub.1 R.sub.2 CHCHO. The product contains a lower proportion of hydroquinone impurity and is useful as a herbicide.
