Abstract: A targeting device (9) for the targeted guidance of a hollow needle (17) with an endoscopic-surgical operation. The targeting device (9) is fastened or can be fastened to an endoscopy unit (1) which extends essentially in an endoscopy longitudinal axis (L) and defines a viewing region (11). The targeting device (9) defines a plurality of hollow needle guides (21). Each of the hollow needle guides (21) each extends towards the viewing region (11) along a different polar angle (?) with respect to the endoscope longitudinal axis (L). Each of the hollow needle guides (21) is open towards one of its two azimuthal sides over its entire length.

Abstract: An endoscope system includes an endoscope (4) inserted into a working sleeve (2). A first fluid channel (20) is open to the distal end and is formed in the inside of the endoscope. An outer cross section of the endoscope and the inner cross section of the working sleeve are matched to one another. With the endoscope inserted into the working sleeve, in a first section (14) of its outer periphery, it bears on the inner periphery of the working sleeve. A second section (16) of its outer periphery is distanced to the inner periphery of the working sleeve. A free space (18) extends over an axial length (X) of the working sleeve and forms a second fluid channel which is open to the distal end and is formed between the inner periphery of the working sleeve and the second section of the outer periphery of the endoscope.
