    Abstract: A paint removing device is adapted for attachment to a hand held rotary grinder for fast, efficient removal of paint from a surface. The device includes a disc with abrasive platelets arranged in a ring around the periphery of the disc, leaving a central area free from abrasive particles. Rotation of the disc at high speeds removes paint from the entire area encompassed by the disc.
