Abstract: A computer-assisted method for generating one or more reusable software components that can be invoked by an automated business process to make the automated business process compliant with a regulation is disclosed. According to various embodiments, the method includes the step of analyzing a document containing the regulation to extract use case information and business rules for a sub-process that complies with the regulation. The method may also include the step of developing the reusable software component for the sub-process based on the use case information and business rules. The method may further include the step of storing the reusable software component in a repository such that the reusable software component is invokable by the automated business process.

Abstract: A system, comprising at least one intelligence analytics engine for determining a metric relevant to a business process of an enterprise and a data structure in communication with the intelligence analytics engine is disclosed. The data structure, according to various embodiments, is for retrieving data from a plurality of data sources as needed by the intelligence analytics engine. In addition, the system may include at least one output device in communication with the intelligence analytics engine for displaying the metric relevant to the business process of an enterprise. In addition, the system may include at least one process management engine for executing and monitoring the business process of the enterprise and a data structure in communication with the process management engine. The data structure may be for retrieving data from the data sources as needed by the process management engine.

Abstract: Methods for optimizing business processes, complying with governmental regulations, and identifying threat and vulnerability risks for an enterprise are disclosed. According to various embodiments, the method includes identifying at least one critical asset of the enterprise and identifying at least one business process of the enterprise associated with the identified critical asset. The method also includes identifying and evaluating at least one technological component of the enterprise associated with the enterprise's performance of the at least one business process and/or creating a threat profile for the business process. In addition, the method includes performing at least one of a risk analysis, a regulatory compliance analysis and a business process optimization analysis for the business process based on the evaluation of the at least one technological component and/or the threat profile.
