The processor(s) may be configured to identify the medical procedure, determine, based at least in part on the medical procedure, value(s) of data field(s), and populate data field(s) of the ePCR with the value(s).

The processor is configured to provide a first data entry screen through the touchscreen, the first data entry screen including user interface controls configured to receive ePCR data field entries through touchscreen gestures, receive the ePCR data field entries through the user interface controls, store each ePCR data field entry in a respective data field of the data fields, identify at least one second data entry screen based on a data field entry of the ePCR data field entries, and provide the second data entry screen through the touchscreen.

The contextual data sources include a medical device configured to collect physiologic data and provide the physiologic data to the CSG engine and an emergency environment data source configured to receive emergency environment data and provide the data to the CSG engine. The CSG engine includes hardware logic and/or software logic configured to receive the contextual data, evaluate protocols based on the contextual data, select at least one action item based on the protocols, generate at least one instruction based on the action item(s), the instruction(s) including a caregiver instruction and/or a medical device instruction, and provide the instruction to a caregiver interface device and/or the medical device.

    Abstract: A system for locally validating an electronic patient care record (ePCR). The system includes a server and a mobile computing device. The server is configured to convert a standard set of rules from the first syntax to a second syntax that is executable within an execution environment and to communicate the standard set of rules to the mobile computing device. The mobile computing device is configured to host, while operating in an offline mode, an ePCR application encoded in the second syntax. The mobile computing device is configured to execute, within the execution environment, at least a portion of the ePCR application to receive at least one ePCR data value via at least one user interface control, and to execute, within the execution environment, at least a portion of the standard set of rules encoded in the second syntax to validate the at least one ePCR data value.

    Abstract: Systems and methods for cloud-based computer-aided dispatch (CAD) of emergency medical services (EMS) include receiving real-time EMS vehicle location tracking information from and sending an EMS vehicle assignment to a vehicle of an EMS agency, and communicatively coupling to a computing system associated with the EMS agency to provide services including request intake configured to receive a request for a patient's EMS trip, a dispatch GUI hosted at the EMS agency, and a dispatch code service for determining dispatch code(s) for the EMS trip based on the request. The dispatch GUI may include an interactive graphical map, and a data entry window for capturing trip information. Based on a user-selected position on the map, a portion of the trip information may automatically populate in the data entry window. The vehicle may be assigned using the trip information, the real-time vehicle location tracking information, the request, and the dispatch code(s).
