  • Publication number: 20030218308
Abstract: The present invention relates to a stock cart having a base frame with interchangeable configurations and is especially useful in narrow aisles. A first configuration uses end frames attached to the base frame at either or both ends. A second interchangeable configuration for the cart supports at least one removable upper deck that can be connected between the first and second end frames. The removable deck has brackets connected to the ends thereof, for hanging the deck onto the cross-members of the first and second end frames. A third interchangeable configuration for the cart is designed to support a garment bar extending between and attached to each end frame for hanging clothes and the like while transporting the stock items.

  • Patent number: 5816419
Abstract: A display rack or stock cart including a base structure, a pair of spaced posts upstanding from the base structure, and a plurality of shelves supported on the posts in vertically spaced relation. A series of pins are provided on the posts for selective coaction with a series of notches on the shelves to allow each shelf to be mounted on the posts in a first generally horizontal position, or a second downwardly inclined position, or a third generally vertically downwardly extending nesting position. The shelves are moveable between their various positions by simple pivoting and sliding movement of the shelves relative to the posts and the shelves in their downwardly extending position allow nesting the plurality of display racks.

  • Patent number: 4926785
Abstract: A marker for golf courses and similar locations including an in-ground receptacle, a surface plate mounted on and in surrounding relationship with the top of the receptacle at ground level, and a tubular "stake" which fits into the receptacle. The plate and receptacle form a swivel bearing to permit the surface plate to lie flush with non-level ground while retaining the vertical orientation of the stake and receptacle. The plate is crowned to shed balls.

  • Patent number: 4673092
Abstract: A multi-level rack assembly comprising a plurality of base members each including a generally rectangular platform portion and an upstanding tubular portion at each corner of the platform portion having a plug dividing the interior thereof into upper and lower tubular volumes; a plurality of side support members each including a pair of spaced upstanding tubular portions and truss means interconnecting the tubular portions; and a plurality of core rod means sized to fit slidably within the tubular portions of the base members and of the side support members. In one embodiment, the core rods are elongated and unitary and have a length somewhat greater than the length of the side support member tubular portions so that the core rods may extend vertically within the side support member tubular portions and seat at their lower ends in the upper tubular volumes of the tubular portions of a lower base member and seat at their upper ends in the lower tubular volumes of the tubular portions of an upper base member.

  • Patent number: 4649678
Abstract: A boundary marking system comprising cylindrical receptacles having relatively large plates flush with one end and adapted to be installed in the ground with the plate at ground level. A marker stake which is color coded to the top of the plate is placed in the receptacle through a hole in the plate so that the stake extends a foot or so above ground to mark a boundary. Because of the color coding, installation and replacement of the stakes is facilitated. Moreover the particular character of the marked boundary may be perceived not only by the color of the stake, but also by the color of the flush plate even if the stake is missing. A hole maker to facilitate installation of the receptacle is also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 3982638
Abstract: A device for use in stacking pallets in which a pallet spacing assembly adapted for vertical tandem mounting of a similar spacing assembly thereon has secured thereto a pallet support assembly, the support assembly being detachably connectable to the pallet to cantilever the pallet from the spacing assembly, thereby converting the pallet into a storage rack.
