  • Patent number: 11961712
Abstract: This disclosure describes systems, methods, and apparatus for calibrating sensors used by a match network during tuning of power delivery to a plasma processing chamber. The calibration can include self-calibration of two sensors in isolation relative to a self-load, and Relative or Absolute mutual calibration of both sensors used together across a mutual load. The mutual calibration can determine errors between the two sensors after they are each calibrated in isolation, and this additional calibration provides previously unrealized tuning accuracy.

  • Publication number: 20150066696
Abstract: Techniques described herein may provide for end-to-end integration of business systems used in the sale and fulfillment flow for products provided by a business. In one implementation, a method may include receiving a request for a contract relating to products and services offered by a business; and transmitting a message, to one or more workers, indicating that the one or more first workers are to generate the contract. The method may further include receiving the generated contract from the one or more workers; transmitting, in response to reception of a signed version of the contract, a message initiating order fulfillment for the products and services to which the contract relates; determining, as part of the order fulfillment, a plurality of work orders corresponding to the products and services to which the contract relates, and issuing the plurality of work orders to a plurality of provisioning departments of the business.

  • Publication number: 20110166959
Abstract: An energy use optimization tool includes logic to receive inventory information relating to a plurality of customer devices and store the inventory information. The logic calculates an estimated energy cost associated with the plurality of customer devices based on the received inventory information. The logic also calculates energy savings or environmental impact information based on energy savings or environmental impact information associated with available service offerings compared to the estimated energy cost. The calculated energy savings or environmental impact information is output to a user.
