  • Publication number: 20240009827
Abstract: A handheld electric tool has a housing having a receptacle for arranging a replaceable battery pack. The battery pack includes an insertion section and a grip section and can be inserted along an insertion axis into the receptacle. The receptacle includes an insertion receiving region formed to be compatible with the insertion section of the battery pack and a grip section receiving region. The insertion section of the battery pack when inserted into the receptacle is arranged within an outer wall of the housing. The grip section of the battery pack when inserted into the receptacle is arranged outside the outer wall of the housing. The outer wall delimits the grip section receiving region in a first section and in a second section in a radial direction with respect to the insertion axis. A system includes a handheld electric tool and a battery pack.

  • Patent number: 11811037
Abstract: A hand-guided, battery-operated working apparatus has an apparatus housing in which is arranged an electric drive motor, a battery tray to accommodate a removable battery pack, and a cooling air guide. The cooling air guide includes an inlet-side air guide portion, which extends from a housing inlet into the battery tray as far as an air outlet from the battery tray, and an outlet-side air guide portion, which leads from the air outlet of the battery tray to the drive motor and, from there, onwards to a housing outlet. The working apparatus has a filter element, which is arranged in the cooling air guide so as to be accessible via the battery tray.

  • Patent number: 10330038
Abstract: The invention relates to a method for adapting the composition of a mixture of fuel and combustion air. The mixture is supplied to a combustion chamber of a mixture-lubricated combustion engine in a work apparatus. The fuel is supplied to the combustion engine via a controlled fuel valve. In an operating state (I) of the combustion engine, the quantity of fuel is metered by the fuel valve. For the purpose of adapting the composition of the mixture, the combustion engine is shifted into a special operating state (II) which differs from the normal operating state (I). After starting, the combustion engine is operated in a first rotational speed range (B) for a prespecified operating time (Tmin), wherein, after the prespecified operating time (Tmin) has elapsed, the operating state (II) for adapting the composition of the mixture is initiated by a prespecified user action.

  • Patent number: 9581112
Abstract: An air filter and carburetor arrangement includes a round filter and a round filter carrier having a filter plate. The round filter has a central filter axis, which lies at an angle to the filter plate. The carburetor has a carburetor body, in which an intake duct is configured with a duct longitudinal axis, and at one end of the intake duct on the carburetor body a filter connection side for the round filter carrier is configured, wherein the round filter carrier is fixed with at least one surface portion of the filter plate on the connection surface of the carburetor. The design is provided such that the duct longitudinal axis of the intake duct lies in the plane of the filter plate at a lateral distance (r) to the filter axis of the round filter fixed to the round filter carrier.
