Abstract: Disclosed is a swaddle including a main body defining continuously formed upper, lower, left side and right side portions having fasteners for maintaining the main body in a folded condition. Certain ones of the fasteners are positioned on the upper portion to maintain the lower portion, in a folded condition, over the upper portion and under the arms of the infant to prevent downward migration of the infant into the folded swaddle. Swaddle portions may include padding for comfort and define body and head portions for positioning the infant with respect to the upper portion.

Abstract: Disclosed are implementations of swaddles including migration prevention and access features. In one embodiment, a swaddle includes continuous upper and lower portions wherein the upper portion includes a flap configured to be secured in a tucked condition to prevent downward migration into the swaddle and the lower portion includes a pocket for accessing the lower body while the infant remains swaddled, for example, to perform a diaper change. First and second fastener pairings secure the flap to the upper portion and left and right side portions in a folded condition, respectively. In embodiments, the left and right side portions may be removably attached to at least the upper portion.

Abstract: An incontinence pant including a main body having a front portion, a back portion, a crotch portion, a waist opening, and two leg openings. An elasticized waist cuff is formed at the waist opening and an elasticized leg cuff is formed at each of the two leg openings. Suspended mesh lining is disposed within the main body and is attached at each of the elasticized waist cuff and the two elasticized leg cuffs. The elasticized cuffs each have a pocket depth of at least 1 inch to form an absorbent area receiving a portion of an absorbent pad to capture leaked fluid.

Abstract: A face mask according to the present disclosure includes a main body for being worn to cover a wearer's mouth and nose and right and left adjustable straps affixed along respective right and left lateral extents of the main body, each adjustable strap including a continuous length of material having opposing first and second ends and a first loop formed at the first end, wherein the second end is threaded through the first loop to form an ear loop for being positioned around an ear of the wearer such that, in use, the second end is pulled to tighten the ear loop to adjust the fit of the face mask. In some implementations, the main body may include a middle portion disposed between elastic fabric side portions.

Abstract: A bathrobe construction including a continuous main body having a left-side front flap, a right-side front flap, a back, a right sleeve, a left sleeve and optionally a hood. A gathered waistband extends continuously across the left-side front flap, the back, and the right-side front flap. A tab affixed to one of the right-side front flap and the left-side front flap includes a hook fastener attachable to a first non-loop fastener positioned on an inside of the waistband when the bathrobe is in an open condition. A second non-loop fastener positioned on an outside of the waistband of the other of the right-side front flap and the left-side front flap to which the tab is not affixed is used to removably attach the tab to hold the bathrobe in a closed condition.

Abstract: A disposable undergarment is disclosed which includes a main body having an absorbent core, a first side and a second side. The main body has a top sheet and a liquid-impermeable back sheet formed from polypropylene. The main body also has a front portion, a rear portion, and a crotch portion, and each of the front and rear portions has a top edge. The undergarment also has first and second elastic extensions each having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal ends of the first and second extensions are ultrasonically bonded to the main body. The undergarment further has first and second attachment areas, each having a plurality of engaging elements, secured to the liquid permeable top sheet. The engaging elements engage with the first and second elastic extensions to secure the undergarment at least about 0.5 inches below said wearer's waist.
