    Abstract: Disclosed is a swaddle including a main body defining continuously formed upper, lower, left side and right side portions having fasteners for maintaining the main body in a folded condition. Certain ones of the fasteners are positioned on the upper portion to maintain the lower portion, in a folded condition, over the upper portion and under the arms of the infant to prevent downward migration of the infant into the folded swaddle. Swaddle portions may include padding for comfort and define body and head portions for positioning the infant with respect to the upper portion.

    Abstract: Disclosed are implementations of swaddles including migration prevention and access features. In one embodiment, a swaddle includes continuous upper and lower portions wherein the upper portion includes a flap configured to be secured in a tucked condition to prevent downward migration into the swaddle and the lower portion includes a pocket for accessing the lower body while the infant remains swaddled, for example, to perform a diaper change. First and second fastener pairings secure the flap to the upper portion and left and right side portions in a folded condition, respectively. In embodiments, the left and right side portions may be removably attached to at least the upper portion.

A tab affixed to one of the right-side front flap and the left-side front flap includes a hook fastener attachable to a first non-loop fastener positioned on an inside of the waistband when the bathrobe is in an open condition. A second non-loop fastener positioned on an outside of the waistband of the other of the right-side front flap and the left-side front flap to which the tab is not affixed is used to removably attach the tab to hold the bathrobe in a closed condition.

The undergarment also has first and second elastic extensions each having a proximal end and a distal end. The proximal ends of the first and second extensions are ultrasonically bonded to the main body. The undergarment further has first and second attachment areas, each having a plurality of engaging elements, secured to the liquid permeable top sheet. The engaging elements engage with the first and second elastic extensions to secure the undergarment at least about 0.5 inches below said wearer's waist.
