  • Patent number: 9241056
Abstract: A device may include an image display component to display an image that includes a subject, where the image has a header portion, and to display subject information that includes a communication identifier related to the subject, and wherein the subject information is stored in the header portion. The device may include a transceiver to contact the subject via the communication identifier. The device may include a processor to provide the image and the subject information to the display component, to receive a request to contact the subject, to retrieve the communication identifier from the header portion, and to send the communication identifier to the transceiver to cause the transceiver to contact the subject.

  • Patent number: 7724296
Abstract: A camera device (1) comprising a support structure (10), a primary camera (16) carried by the support structure, and a secondary camera (15) carried by the support structure. When the primary camera (16) is operated to capture an image of an object, the secondary camera (15) captures an image of a user of the camera device (1). An orientation detector (17) is connected to the secondary camera (15), configured to identify images features in the image captured by the secondary camera, such as the eyes and mouth of the user, and to determine rotation orientation of the image relative to a reference orientation. A data storing device (20, 21) is configured to store image data of images captured by the primary camera in an orientation dependent on determined rotation orientation. This way all images may be stored in a common orientation, regardless of which orientation the camera device was held in when the images were captured.

  • Patent number: 7677737
Abstract: A device includes a projector to project an image onto a surface. The device also includes a camera to capture a picture of the image, while it is being projected onto the surface, and a portion of an area surrounding the projected image. The device identifies a lightest portion in the projected image. The device adjusts a setting of the projector based on a comparison of an intensity of the identified lightest portion to an intensity of the portion of the area surrounding the projected image.
