  • Patent number: 9709504
Abstract: Optical sensor unit for infra red evanescence wave spectroscopy (IR-EWS) analysis of chemical and biological substances in an analyte, comprising a waveguide with a sensor surface to be put into contact with the analyte, wherein the sensor surface is provided with an affinity enhancing layer. There is further provided a method of producing an optical sensor unit.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: April 22, 2009
Date of Patent: July 18, 2017
    Assignee: MOLECULAR FINGERPRINT SWEDEN AB
Inventors: Lars Österlund, Per Ola Andersson, Mikael Karlsson, Fredrik Nikolajeff
  • Patent number: 8755101
Abstract: The present invention provides a method of producing a two-sided microstructured product and a registration structure that can be used for the method. The method comprises the steps of: (800) providing primary product features (80) at a first surface of a substrate sheet (50); (810) providing secondary product features (90) at an opposed surface; (820) registering the mutual alignment of the primary and secondary product features (80, 90) to estimate alignment parameters; and (830) aligning the provision of primary and secondary product features (80, 90). The registration structure comprises a registration-array of focusing elements (20) at a first surface and a registration-array of reference objects (30) at an opposed surface aligned with primary and secondary product features (80,90) that provides a holographic representation (10) of the reference objects (30) in order to estimate the alignment of product features (80,90).
    Type: Grant

  • Patent number: 8298457
Abstract: The invention relates to a method of producing a movable lens structure that comprises the steps of: forming a lens from a lens material disposed on a carrier of another material (step 58), and forming a micromechanical structure from the carrier (step 60), wherein the forming of the lens takes place before the forming of the micromechanical structure. With this method a simplified production method is obtained that simplifies difficult compatibility requirements between micromechanics and lens that can otherwise be hard to meet.
    Type: Grant
    Filed: November 4, 2003
Date of Patent: October 30, 2012
    Assignee: Imego AB
Inventors: Gert Andersson, Stefan Bengtsson, Sverker Hård, Anders Larsson, Fredrik Nikolajeff, Henrik Rödjegård, Anna-Lena Hård, legal representative

  • Publication number: 20060051026
Abstract: Multilayer microstructural device comprising a first and a second layer, which layers are aligned relative to each other by mating alignment structures. The first layer is a positive replication of a microstructural master comprising a number of microstructural elements, the second layer is a negative replication of the same microstructural master, and each pair of mating alignment structures originate from the same microstructural element on the master.
