  • Patent number: 10058885
Abstract: A coating device for coating composite cellulose honeycomb support parts (1) each having a multiplicity of channels (5, 6) extending in an axial direction with an impregnation coating to increase fire, water-resistance and/or mechanical stability of the support parts (1). A conveyor (8) transports the support parts (1) in a conveying direction along a filling station (9) configured to pour impregnation agent (12) from above into the channels (5, 6), and damming agents (16) are configured such that the impregnation agent (12) is prevented or at least delayed from draining downwards out of the channels (5, 6) such that the impregnation agent (12) builds up in the channels (5, 6). An emptying station (19) is arranged downstream of the filling station (9) in the conveying direction, at which emptying station excess impregnation agent (12) drains out of the channels (5, 6) in the composite cellulose honeycomb support parts (1). A corresponding process is also disclosed.

  • Publication number: 20160123008
Abstract: A structural sandwich element, especially wall element, comprising at least one cellulose honeycomb core having a plurality of juxtaposed channels, the honeycomb core being accommodated between a first and a second cover layer. The first and/or the second cover layer is/are a concrete cover layer, especially from high-performance concrete, or a gypsum cover layer.

  • Publication number: 20130189480
Abstract: A method for coating a cellulose honeycomb composite support part (1), which has a multiplicity of channels which extend in an axial direction, with an impregnating coating in order to increase the fire and/or water resistance and/or mechanical stability. The impregnating agent is fed into a vacuum coating chamber (8) and a complete and axially continuous coating is produced in the channels on their inner circumferential surfaces by deposition of impregnating agent on the inner circumferential surfaces of the channels, and excess impregnating agent (13) is extracted from the vacuum coating chamber (8). The resulting coating structure and a device for coating the composite support are also disclosed.

  • Patent number: 5528994
Abstract: The pallet consists of a plate (1), at least four feet (2) glued to the bottom side of the plate (1) and at least two laths (3) glued to in each case at least two feet (2). The plate (1) has a plate core of corrugated cardboard, the longitudinal direction of the corrugations of said cardboard extending preferably perpendicular to the plane of the plate, and a plate wrapping preferably of gray cardboard which wraps around all end surfaces. The feet (2) contain corrugated cardboard with the corrugations extending perpendicular to the plane of the plate. The laths (3) are constructed analogous to the plate (1). The pallet is stable and can be produced in standard dimensions.
