    Abstract: This invention relates to a fireproofing article and the method of manufacturing the same. The fireproofing article comprises an external portion and an inner portion. The external portion defines external surfaces of the fireproofing article that are exposed to the environment. The inner portion is formed inside of the external portion. The external portion and the inner portion are both porous and made of a fireproofing material. The external portion has a first material density and the inner portion has a second material density. The first material density is less than the second material density. The method of manufacturing a fireproofing article comprises forming the fireproofing article with a fireproofing material through 3D printing; wherein the fireproofing article formed is porous.

The head portion is connected to an end of the passage and communicates with the passage and further includes an outlet for discharging the heated material. The wall structure is disposed around the base plate. The lifting mechanism is used for moving the holding plate. The light source module is disposed under the container. During formation of a solidified layer of a three-dimensional object, the base plate provides an electric or magnetic field so that the light-curable material in the container will not solidify on a surface of the base plate, thus resulting in the solidified layer having a reduced viscosity when the solidified layer is closer to the surface of the base plate.

    Abstract: A 3D printing device and a method for 3D printing are provided. The 3D printing device comprises a first printing head and a second printing head. The first printing head is used to print a desired article with a first material. The second printing head is used to print support structures for supporting the desired article during printing with a second material. The method comprises the following steps: printing a desired article with a first material; printing support structures for supporting the desired article during printing with a second material; and detaching the desired article from the support structures. The first material has a first surface cooling time of the temperature drop from 170° C. to 70° C., the second material has a second surface cooling time of the temperature drop from 170° C. to 70° C., and the second surface cooling time is less than the first surface cooling time by at least 15 seconds.
