  • Patent number: 8226279
Abstract: The invention relates to a lighting fixture (1) which comprises at least one lighting fixture housing (2) and a cover (3) and which is constructed particularly as a safety and/or emergency exit light and/or as an explosion-proof light. A light is held by a clamp connection (5) at the lighting fixture housing, and at least one auxiliary electrical device (6) into the light is disposed at the lighting fixture housing. The lighting fixture can be expanded with a lower expense for the installation and with all explosion-protection measures observed, by virtue of the lighting fixture housing (2) having conductor rails (7) for supplying electricity to the light and to the auxiliary electrical device, where the auxiliary electrical device is constructed as a plug-in module which can be plugged onto the conductor rails.

  • Patent number: 8162503
Abstract: A portable lighting device has at least one LED light source (2). Associated with this light source are a voltage supply (3) which can be switched on and off and a light distribution device (4) for varying a luminous intensity distribution of the light source (2). In order to improve the light distribution device in the case of such a portable lighting device in a simple way in design terms and without a considerable amount of space being required, it has a lens system (5) which can be varied in its distance in relation to the light source (2).

  • Patent number: 7903429
Abstract: A housing for receiving printed circuit boards whose components form at least parts of a communication system, comprising a housing cover and a connection area which is accessible from the outside. A main printed circuit board is arranged between the base housing part and a cover part. Plug-in devices for at least one extension printed circuit board are provided in an extension area of the main printed circuit board. A first hood is provided in order to cover the extension area. The hood has push-through openings arranged towards the connection area, corresponding to plug-in devices on at least one extension printed circuit board in an assembled state. The first hood can engage with the cover part by means of a lock connection whereby said lock connection can only be released using a tool.

Abstract: The invention relates to a lighting fixture (1) which comprises at least one lighting fixture housing (2) and a cover (3) and which is constructed particularly as a safety and/or emergency exit light and/or as an explosion-proof light. A lighting means (4) is held by means of a clamp connection (5) at the lighting fixture housing, and at least one auxiliary electrical device (6) into the lighting means is disposed at the lighting fixture housing. In order to improve such a lighting fixture in such a way that the lighting fixture can be expanded easily and with a simplified construction in a cost-effective manner, with a lower expense for the installation and a lower expense of time, and with all explosion-protection measures observed, the lighting fixture housing (2) has conductor rails (7) for supplying electricity to the lighting means and to the auxiliary electrical device, wherein the auxiliary electrical device is constructed as a plug-in module which can be plugged onto the conductor rails.

  • Patent number: 7407308
Abstract: A luminaire (1) comprises a luminaire housing (2) having at least one light exit opening (3), and further comprises an explosion-proof illuminant (4) consisting of at least a lamp (5), a base (6) and a lamp envelope (7), and housing contacts (8) in the luminaire housing (2) for supplying the illuminant with electric energy. In order to facilitate the production of such a luminaire and in order to design said luminaire also in such a way that it is variable and suitable for use with essentially all kinds of lamps, and at least partially reusable, the lamp (5) and the base (6) are arranged in the lamp envelope (7) which is implemented in the pressure-resistant-encapsulation or increased-safety ignition protection mode and which is provided with envelope contacts (9) that are accessible from outside, said envelope contacts (9) being used for connection to the housing contacts (8) and being electrically connected to the base (6).
