  • Publication number: 20060125163
Abstract: The invention relates to a screw compression spring embodied as an injection-molded part. The screw compression spring comprises a plurality of threads and planar end disks. An axial plane of the screw compression spring is oriented along the joint face of the injection mold. The sections of the threads adjacent to the joint face are less inclined than the thread pitch at least on one side.

  • Patent number: 5651480
Abstract: Helical compression spring designed as a thermoplastic molding and having an end collar on the valve-seat side and an end collar on the actuating side. The technical problem is to provide a helical compression spring having a valve closure member which can move unhindered and is of corrosion-proof design. The end collar on the valve-seat side accommodates a valve closure cap which is made of a thermoplastic and whose tappet is guided so as to be movable in the axial direction of the helical compression spring.

  • Patent number: 5516085
Abstract: A helical compression spring which has at both ends terminal rings with the diameter of the flight and is designed as a plastics injection molding. The technical problem is to provide corrosion-resistant and lightweight helical compression springs which are suitable for automatic fitting. The terminal rings of helical compression springs arranged side by side are materially interconnected by bridges to form as strip.
