Abstract: Systems and methods are provided for maintaining credit information that relates to one or more entities. In one implementation, a credit report is received from a credit-information provider to establish one or more units of credit information, each of the units of credit information relating to an entity. Further, a credit-report update is received from the credit-information provider, the credit-report update comprising a unit of update information that relates to an entity. It is determined whether the unit of update information corresponds to one of the units of established credit information. If there is correspondence, the corresponding unit of credit information is updated according to the unit of update information.
