  • Patent number: 4951806
Abstract: A double-belt conveyor band with a continuously revolving conveyor band, the belt of which is supported on a band feeder and in connection with a steep segment on trough roller assemblies, and is supported flatly on the steep segment, as well as with a continuously revolving covering band. The belt is buckled in the conveyor seam for the formation of closed conveyor spaces, preferably between traction reinforcements positioned externally, the shear-resistant lateral reinforcements acting in cooperation therewith. The belt ends are pressed on one another and the longitudinal edges of the belt are held together. It is provided in accordance with the invention that, in order to hold together the belts on both longitudinal edges of the cover band, fasteners projecting externally are provided with opposing apertures to which the longitudinal edges of the conveyor belt, during the running of the trough roller assemblies, approach or move away from during the running of the conveyor belt.

  • Patent number: 4776450
Abstract: A twin-belt band conveyor in which the flat belt of an endlessly circulating conveyor band forms a closed conveying space with a belt of a cover band running along therewith on a steep conveying track, the edges of each belt being held in superimposed arrangement by guides along the longitudinal sides of the conveying space, the conveying space (34, 50) being formed by indentations of at least one of the belts between the guide, and opened at the end of the steep track by a deflection of the cover band directed around a turn, and the indented belt being straightened out for its return travel.

  • Patent number: 4280771
Abstract: An apparatus for distributing concrete, especially in the shuttering of gallery linings in mining and tunnel workings, comprises a transportable distribution mast carrying an articulated conduit for conveying concrete which is pivoted on a column which can rotate around its axis. The mast comprises a swivel extension forming the end section thereof, and a main boom which connects the column to the swivel extension, the swivel extension being foldable from above onto the main boom. The main boom is divided into several mast sections joined together by power-operated pivotal connections so that the mast is articulatable in a swivel plane containing the column axis, the range of relative pivotal movement between the mast sections being such that the main boom may be extended upwardly and forwardly from the folded position of the mast sections, with the swivel extension in its folded position, the power-operated pivotal connections of the main boom being disposed below the folded swivel extension.
