    Abstract: For the manual discharge of a pulverulent medium a discharge apparatus (1) has an air pump (9), whose compressed air flow receives the powder medium via an injector (37) and a turbulence chamber (38) from a dosing mechanism (25) automatically refillable from a medium reservoir (4) and is discharged accompanied by acceleration through an outlet channel (21). Thus, with a compact construction and easy handling, the production of an aerosol for inhalation purposes or the like is ensured in simple manner.
