A system includes a set of transistors responsive to a memory cell, the set of transistors configured to operate as a sense amplifier in a first mode and to operate as a write driver in a second mode. One or more switches are configured to switch the set of transistors from the first mode to the second mode based on a control signal. Particular transistors of the set of transistors are configured by the one or more switches to amplify and retain data at a pair of input/output nodes for a period of time in the first mode.     Abstract: A curette for pituitary adenoma surgery may include a curette having a tubular blade portion. A first cutting edge is formed at a first end of the blade portion, and a protective shell is formed at an outer periphery of the first cutting edge. A first annular ring formed at a first end of the protective shell is located at the same side of the first cutting edge, and a rod portion extended from a surface of the protective shell is configured to provide a handhold for a user. The first annular ring of the protective shell can prevent the first cutting edge of the blade portion from accidentally cutting the meninges or blood vessels during pituitary adenoma surgery. Thus, the curette can improve the efficiency of the surgery and lower surgery time, anesthetic dosage and risk of the surgery.

    Abstract: A selenization/sulfurization process apparatus for use with a single-piece glass substrate is characterized by two chambers for heating up a glass substrate quickly and performing selenization/sulfurization on the glass substrate to not only prevent the glass substrate from staying at a soaking temperature of a softening point for a long period of time but also increase the thin-film selenization/sulfurization temperature according to the needs of the process to thereby reduce the duration of soaking selenization/sulfurization, save energy, and save time. The glass substrate undergoes reciprocating motion in the chambers to not only attain uniform temperature throughout the glass substrate but also distribute a selenization/sulfurization gas across the glass substrate uniformly during the selenization/sulfurization operation. The recycled liquid selenium/sulfur and inert gas are reusable to thereby reduce material costs.

    Abstract: Current of a three-phase multilevel modular converter (MMC) is controlled. The control is a division-summation (D-?) method yet uses integration to replace the two steps of division and summation. Common D-? characteristic equations are used for all areas. Inductance changes are considered in the characteristic equations. Current source is used to control converter. Therefore, the current of the converter can be traced to sinusoidal reference current even when the inductance changes become big. The modulation method and the capacitor-voltage balancing method are submodule unified pulse width modulation (SUPWM) and sorted voltage-balancing method, respectively. The current control directly obtains a law of the current change on each conducting module of an arm. It does not need complex sector judgments and table look-ups. Thus, the amount of computation and memory for a processor can be relatively reduced.
