Abstract: An ability to present user-defined start pages on graphical user interfaces is provided. At least one of a user interface of a computing device, an operating system executing on the computing device, and an application executing on the computing device is monitored to detect, on the user interface, one or more trigger conditions that are associated with the application. The one or more trigger conditions are detected, and in response, a start-page database is queried for information that describes, at least in part, a user-defined start page that is associated with the application. The user-defined start page, and not a default start page, is presented on a screen of the computing device via an interface with at least one of the application and the operating system.
