  • Publication number: 20240055297
Abstract: A manufacturing method of a semiconductor includes steps of (a) providing a semiconductor substrate having a front side and a back side, (b) adhering a back protection film on the back side, (c) cutting the semiconductor substrate to a set depth along a plurality of cutting paths from the front side to form a plurality of scribing lines and separate a plurality of dies by the scribing lines, (d) adhering a front protection film on the front side, (e) removing the back protection film, (f) grinding the semiconductor substrate from the back side until a remaining thickness of the semiconductor substrate equals to the set depth to expose the dies and the scribing lines, and (g) performing an evaporation to the semiconductor substrate to attach a plurality of metal particles to the dies. Therefore, the efficiency of heat-dissipation is effectively enhanced because of the distribution of the metal particles.

  • Patent number: 5447461
Abstract: A hand puppet includes: a puppet glove to be worn by a player hand, a mouth-manipulating device secured in a head portion of the puppet glove having a mandible plate embedded in a lower-jaw sheath of a mouth portion of the puppet glove and a maxilla plate embedded in an upper-jaw sheath of the mouth portion of the puppet glove, and a sound generator mounted in the mouth-manipulating device, whereby upon pivoting of the maxilla plate about the mandible plate to open the upper-jaw sheath to actuate the sound generator, a sound may be produced from the sound generator for imitating an animal or man's cry or singing for increasing a player's interest.

  • Patent number: 5315082
Abstract: A switch of an integrated circuit includes: a housing wherein a plurality of cells connected in series are stored in a battery chamber formed in the housing, and an integrated circuit formed on a board mounted in the housing electrically connected to a power source comprised of the cells. An insulating barrier is normally inserted in between any two neighboring cells for disconnecting the power conducted through the cells for preventing power loss. An upper cover is resiliently held above the housing for shielding the housing having an actuating pawl normally engageable with a ratchet tooth formed on the insulating barrier. Upon depression of the upper cover to allow the pawl to pivotally raise and remove the barrier from the two neighboring cells for electrically connecting the cells, the power supply to the integrated circuit operatively actuates the integrated circuit such as for sounding purposes.

  • Patent number: 5304084
Abstract: An audible coin bank includes: a hollow container (1) having a dropping slot (11) formed in an upper portion of the container for dropping coins (3) into the container through the slot (11) and a bottom hole (12) formed in a bottom portion of the container, and a casing (20) having a battery-powered audio-actuating device (2) plugged in the bottom hole (12) of the container, which will receive a sound signal of an impacting sound caused by a coin (3) impacting upon a sensor (21) of the audio-actuating device or caused by a mutual impact of the dropping coin (3) with the other coins deposited in the container for producing a voice or music melody by a voice or music producing integrated circuit for entertaining purpose, and wherein the batteries (26) stored in the casing may be replaced or renewed directly from the casing (20) plugged in the bottom portion of the container for prolonging a service life of the coin bank.
