Abstract: A lamp device fixing mechanism adapted to be fixed to a lamp rod is provided. The lamp device fixing mechanism includes a casing, a rotating handle, and a fixing member. The casing is adapted to be partially inserted into the lamp rod. The rotating handle is pivoted to the casing. The fixing member is movably disposed at the casing and moved with the rotating handle. The fixing member moves from a first position to a second position along with rotation of the rotating handle to be fixed to the lamp rod. An illumination device is further provided.
